Services: The marketing automation and related tools provided by Wicked Bizzy.User: Any individual or entity using our Services. Content: All text, graphics, data, and other material shared on or through the Services.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Services Provided

Scope: Wicked Bizzy offers tools for marketing automation, reputation management, customer retention, and more. Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services with or without notice.

5. Subscription, Free Trial, and Payment

14-Day Trial Period: We offer a fourteen (14) day free trial for monthly subscriptions. This trial provides access to the Services but excludes fees related to SMS, email usage, and A2P application fees, which are the user's Card

5.1 Requirement: A valid credit card is required at sign-up to initiate the free trial. By providing your payment information, you agree that charges may apply for usage-based fees during the trial period.

5.2 Subscription Fees:

Billing: Subscription fees commence automatically upon the conclusion of the trial period unless canceled before the trial ends. Charges recur monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.Usage-Based Fees: Fees for SMS, email, and A2P messaging are billed separately based on usage. These charges are the client's responsibility and will be automatically billed to the credit card on file.

5.3 No Refund Policy

Due to the availability of the 14-day free trial, all charges for subscription fees, usage-based fees, or additional services are final and non-refundable.

5.4 Cancellation

Process: To cancel your subscription, log into your account, navigate to the "Settings" tab in the left navigation panel, and click on the "Billing" tab. From there, you can manage your subscription, including cancellation.Timing: Users may cancel their subscription at any time before the trial period ends to avoid incurring charges. After the trial, cancellation will stop future recurring charges but does not entitle the user to a refund for any fees already paid.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All intellectual property related to the Services is owned by Wicked Bizzy or our licensors. Limited License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services as outlined in these Terms.

7. User Obligations

7.1 Compliance with Laws

Users must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws when using the Services. Failure to adhere to these laws may result in account termination and potential legal action.

7.2 Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Reverse Engineering: Users may not deconstruct, disassemble, or reverse engineer any aspect of the Services, including software, technology, or proprietary methods. Engaging in this activity may result in legal liability, including damages. Spam and Unauthorized Messaging: The use of the Services to send spam, unsolicited messages, or communications without proper consent is strictly forbidden.

Violators may face penalties under applicable anti-spam laws. Service Disruption: Users must not engage in activities that disrupt, impair, or interfere with the Services, including introducing harmful software, exploiting vulnerabilities, or overwhelming servers. Rights Infringement: Users are prohibited from infringing upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of Wicked Bizzy or any third party. Violations may result in legal action and claims for damages.

By using the Services, you agree to these obligations and acknowledge that violations of these terms may lead to immediate account termination and legal action.

8. User-Generated Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of content you submit.License to Us: By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the content in connection with providing the Services.

By User: You may terminate your account at any time by Wicked Bizzy: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
